Return / Exchange a yellobox

Yellobox prides itself on offering only top quality merchandise. Prior to dispatch, each item is checked thoroughly and professionally to ensure that the product delivered represents the exact standard promised on the site. Each purchase is accompanied with a certificate that guarantees its quality.

Returning a Yellobox

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we shall be willing to refund, replace or exchange the item within 14 days of its purchase through our simple, hassle-free returns policy (Note- this policy is not applicable to some products- see below). There are a number of conditions that preside over this policy and need to be primarily acknowledged to avoid confusion.

Should you require a refund or exchange, please ensure that the product is unworn and all original packaging and materials are present. Contact our Customer Services Department via e-mail customerservices@yellobox.co.uk or telephone +44 (0) 8456 123 230 and we will provide you with details of our return address.

We will issue you with a 4 digit Return Authorisation Number (RAN) if the request has been made within 14 days of purchase.
