Methods of Ordering the Yellobox

Online

This site offers the potential for customers to order online quickly and securely. The order process is self-explanatory and easy. We only request the minimal level of information required.

Once you find your product, select the 'Add to Shopping Cart' link and follow the on-screen instructions.

Fax

You can fax your order to us on +44 (0)28 90328143. Please ensure that the form is completed, containing all details requested. A copy of the order form can be printed from the site.

Telephone

Yellobox are happy to take your order by telephone on +44 (0)28 90239591. Currently the office is open between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm (GMT) on week days. Please be aware of time differences if you are calling from a location outside the UK.

Acceptance of a Yellobox Order

Soon after an order has been placed with Yellobox, you shall receive an email which acknowledges and verifies the exact details of your particular order.

However, completion of the order contract between you and Yellobox will only be confirmed once your order has been dispatched. Incompletion of the order may arise out of the following scenarios:

  1. We have been unable to obtain authorization for your payment
  2. We have identified a pricing or product description error related to your order
  3. You have failed to meet with our terms and conditions

Yellobox shall inform you if such an unforeseen event were to occur.

Consequently, payment for your products will not be taken until the merchandise is ready for dispatch. Prior to this, an order may be cancelled if in accordance with the Cancelling a Yellobox terms and conditions displayed below.

Credit Card

This represents the fastest and most effective method of payment. We gladly accept all major credit cards- MasterCard, VISA, Switch, Solo and American Express. Etc If you have concerns regarding the security of such a transaction, please consult our Secure Shopping at Yellobox policy.

Cheque

Customers may pay by cheque if they are drawn from a UK bank and denominated in UK Sterling. On the cheque, we kindly ask that you imprint your name and address on the back of the cheque. Please make your cheque payable to Yellobox and send to:

Money Order

Depending on your preference of security, we do accept payment by cash although do not claim liability for its safety in mail. Cash must be in UK Sterling and sent to the above address.

As in the case of payment by cheque, cash orders shall only be delivered after full payment has been received.
